Merle and Jan have been married for fifty years this year. They are planning a huge party with all of their friends and family to celebrate. They are making a lot of changes in their life now that they have both retired. They have been saving up for traveling for the past ten years so they are ready to set out for exotic destinations, and romantic getaways.

The one thing that they wanted to change was their house. They have lived in their three story house for the past thirty years and they were looking for something smaller.
