Some people collect stamps, or toy cars, or baseball cards. Kate liked to collect porcelain dolls. They were all over her house. They were in curio cabinets, shelves on the walls, shadow boxes, and kind of display spots. She liked all of the dolls around. She was happy to keep it just as it was. However, when her boyfriend said that they should live together it was a big step. Kate decided that it was the step that she wanted to take. Her house was bigger than her boyfriend Sams house so they decided it would be better if he moved in with her.

Everyone thought that she was crazy because she was forty five and living with her boyfriend, but she was happy. Kate wanted to make a house for both of them. She decided that the best thing to do was to clear out her stuff so that he would feel welcomed in her house. She got plenty of bubble wrap and boxes and began to pack up her dolls and anything else that she did not need. She looked for a Toronto Local Storage unit to rent to keep all of her boxes in. something that was climate controlled to keep her dolls from being ruined.

When Sam came over at the end of the week he was amazed at how much she had done. She had not told him what she was doing so he was surprised. He asked where all of her things went and she told him about the Toronto Local Storage unit that she had rented. There was even room for Sam to keep some stuff of his stuff.

At the end of the month Sam moved in and Kate was the happiest that she had been in a long long time.
