When Marys grandmother passed away it fell to Mary and her mother Martha to clean out the Belleville storage facilities unit that her grandmother had left behind. Mary had not been inside the unit since she was a little girl and had really not even remembered about it until they were left in charge of cleaning out the house and remembered the storage unit.

The first day that they arrived at the unit they were amazed at how much stuff that she had managed to fit into the Belleville storage facilities unit. There was so much furniture and boxes in there it was amazing. They decided to start with all the boxes that were closest to the door.

Some of what was in there was just junk but there were a lot of pictures of the family that Mary and Martha just loaded back up in their car to take home and go through it at a later time. When they were able to get farther into the storage space they begin to look at the furniture that was stored in there.

Mary was amazed to find her grandmothers antique hope chest in there. She remembered playing on it when she was a little girl and her grandmother telling her that someday she could have it to keep all of her hopes and dreams in. Mary pulled off all of the boxes that were covering it and cleared off the dust. Mary knew that of everything in the storage unit this is the one thing that she really wanted to keep.
