Being in charge of top notch facility is a fun task. Not only is it cool knowing that we have so many different cool things that are stored on our property on St. Martin Quest Blvd, it is cool knowing that we serve so many people at our facility. We know that there are other Laval storage facilities out there but we feel we are such a good facility that people will come down and rent.  We can be confident of that because we have many people that are deciding to rent from us.

There are sometimes in which we tell the customer the price and they hang up the phone. We do not always know why. Some people are just shopping for price and we know we are competitive so it is difficult to understand why someone would hang the phone after point.

We know that we have great pricing and also great specials that would benefit customers. We do not feel that anyone would shy away from us because of our pricing. We have had many people decide to hang up after the price was given and then we see them the same day or the next day in our facility renting a space. Maybe they called other Laval storage facilities or not. What matters to us is that the customer has decided to rent at our location.
