We find that most people are completely aware of what they need. Other times they will call us and they say what they think they need. What we get for the majority of the time is that people call us and say that they are need of a particular space. We most of the time want to know what they are storing so we can ensure that they are getting the best price and the best value. We know if they are calling with a size in mind they have either rented before or they have been calling other Toronto storage facilities gaining assistance. We do not know how many people they have called but we know they have called someone before us. When we ask people what they are storing they usually are forthcoming and we are able to make sure they are getting the best size for their belongings.

Every time that we think we do not need to ensure that the people are getting the right size, we get the person that is getting the wrong size. They probably have been calling around looking at other Toronto storage facilities for a small size and they need a big one or they are looking for a big size and they really need a small size. We found out with one person in particular that they were looking for a big size and it was actually two hundred dollars difference than the size that would actually work for them. They were happy that we asked them and we got them the best size for what they needed. It is always good to ask what the caller is storing so they are not overpaying for a storage unit.
