Why would you want to run for fun, well i answer that question with a smile because its something i love to do. Sprinting is my speciality, I love the the thrill of lining up with my competition having the same opportunity to win or lose. Im asked what is your favorite thing about sprinting and i would have to say getting into my blocks. The blocks are the basises of your race. It helps you gain a better advantage over the next person. When your in the blocks the storage in muscle is ready to explode when the race starts.
