Some people said that Joe and Nancy were crazy for buying a fixer up for their first house, but they fell in love with the potential that they saw in the old farm style house. It needed a lot of work but they were up for it.

They decided to keep most of their possessions in a Quebec City storage facilities unit while they were restoring the house. They decided to begin with the kitchen. It needed the most updates. They cabinets and counter tops were all replaced, as well as the flooring. The appliances were brought up to date. It was going to be nice to cook in their kitchen wile they were remodeling the rest of the rooms.

They continued on with the master suite next and then the living room and dining room were remodeled. The bathrooms were updated next and then finally the den and guest bed room. The final projects were painting the outside and front porch and doing some landscaping

In the end when they moved in everything from the Quebec City storage facilities unit and got their house set up they knew that they had made the right decision in buying this house. It was just what they were wanting and they were able to remodel everything just the way they wanted it. They had the home of their dreams.
