Living in a sorority there is not much space for all of the girls. There are only three single rooms in the house. One for the president, one for the vice president and one for the social chair. All other girls had to share a room. When Kate moved in as a sophomore she barely had any space in the room. It got a little better when she was a junior. Now she was the president and had her own room. However she still remembered how it was to be a sophomore.

She brought up the idea of renting a Scarborough Household Storage unit for all of the girls to share. They could section it off into areas and that way every one would get equal space and it would be easy to divide up the payments. When she brought up her idea to the girls for a vote they all loved the idea and the motion was passed. They found a ten by thirty unit at a Scarborough Household Storage company that was close to campus. They divided it up into equal sections and each girl was responsible for keeping her area clean and organized. They also had to have their payment in on time to be able to keep their space in the unit.

All of the girls that rented a space loved having more space. They loved that fact that Kate had come up with such a great idea. It showed how much she really cared about the girls. Looking out for them on small things like more storage space.
