When a perspective customer calls in and asks for a price on your largest storage unit, most of the time they will not need the largest size. So thats why we ask so can you tell me a little bit about what you will be storing to make sure the size will work well for you. So when they tell you well im storing almost a 2 rooms full of furinture with misc boxes . Which could actually fit into a way smaller unit. So being a represenative i would then tell that person i could save you some money by getting you into a better sized unit.
