The day before Bill and Crystal were to move into their new house there was a huge hail storm. The house that they were to move into sustained some damage. The siding was dented in a few places and the roof received some damage, but that is not the worst part of it. The wind storm that accompanied the hail blew down a tree and into their garage.

They were so amazed when they pulled up in the moving truck to see their garage smashed in. they called their home owners insurance right away to send out an agent. They did not want to move anything in until the agent got there. It turned out that the house part was stable but their garage was going to have some major renovations.
She assured them that they could move in.

Bill and Crystal moved everything in to their house. They had planned on storing a lot in the garage so while the garage was being renovated they rented an Oshawa storage facilities unit to help with storage.

It seemed like no time at all and they were able to move their belongings out from the Oshawa storage facilities and into their garage. They were able to be officially moved in completely. It started out a little tough but they were happy to be in their new home.

We like a good discussion. We feel that most people do. When customers call us and they want to haggle or negotiate price we feel like it is time to have some fun. Now, we know that we are higher in price than some Oshawa storage facilities and that we are lower than other Oshawa storage facilities. With that said, we know we can take care of every situation that comes our way including price. We do want to beat the price of our competitor storage facilities in town, but we also realize that some storage providers without the value we have on our site.  However, we, and most storage customers, do not consider such properties an equal competitor. We want to inform everyone involved.

There was a gentleman that called in today and he was ready for a good discussion when it came to price. He really did not give us a chance to show him what he is going to get for the pricing. We quoted him one hundred and fourteen dollars on a ten by ten space and he said that he would come down and rent if we can get the price under one hundred dollars. We still tried to tell him that we are a great value with the price that we quoted to him. He said that he knows, but he wanted to rent for fewer than one hundred dollars a month. In this case, we did not want to lose a customer over fourteen dollars so we made it work for him. We enjoy a good price discussion because we feel we can always find a solution.
