My advice on this would be make sure the facility you store at will let you have access during the holiday. Most places close so that their employees can be with their families, so you might want to think about getting everything you need out a couple days in advance.

I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I recently had the good fortune to revisit when the local historical society was open. I was amazed at how far back the history actually went. It was literally a storage house for the history of my family. We were able to see old photos of our property and learn about the people who built the house I grew up in.

Organ donation is something I have always strongly believed in. If something ever happens to me, it would bring great peace to know a part of me might help someone else live a better life. I am proud of my daughter for taking this stand as well. Although, I am amazed that they actually use small coolers for storage for the organs during transport.
