	<description><![CDATA[<p>My cat loves to play in <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/edmonton-storage-214th-street/t5s2a6/" target="_blank">boxes</a> .  I like to set them up all over the living room and let him run wild.  I sometimes feel bad because he has no other cats to play with, but he does a good job of keeping himself occupied.  It boring to play with him all the time, so I'm glad he can play with himself.</p>]]></description>

It scares me to think that when I go in to get to some of my things at night, there could be someone inside that might attack me.  I believe there should be more security to prevent this from happening.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I want to visit Montreals underground city.  I have done some research and found out that it is one of the great super structures of the world.  The coves and tunnels which criss cross under downtown connects over 40 percent of the structures above ground.  Since the winter can get very cold, the residents are able to traverse the city without being in the elements.  The structure has stores, offices, <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/ontario/scarborough-storage-warden-avenue/m1l4e3/" target="_blank">storage rentals</a> , food courts, and even a chapel. That place sounds awesome.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Technology has come a long way over the past 100 years. &nbsp;We have seen many inventions, both great and flawed. &nbsp;Sometimes, I wonder about <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">self storage</a> and her place in the future. &nbsp;Of course it will be necessary, unless we find a way to shrink our items. &nbsp;We have figured out how to shrink some things using large vaccum bags. &nbsp;In the future, we may still need <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">storage</a> for raw materials or machinery. &nbsp;Many people forget units are used for those items already.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>My grandparents live in a huge home.  As I have mentioned before, most of their free space goes towards <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">storage</a> .  However, they recently took a large upstairs bedroom and turned it into two smaller rooms.  My grandfather did a great job on the space.  The coolest part was that the bedroom had origianly been two rooms.  When my dad and his sister still lived at home, the rooms had been their bedrooms.  I never got to see what my dads room looked like.  Now that the room is split again, I can picutre the size and shape of the room my dad once called his.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday, I had a woman who called in from her <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">storage unit</a> .  She had just signed the lease on her space earlier in the day.  She had not put a lock on her space, and had left the property to bring back a load of her stuff.  Becuase there was no lock on the space, the manager put a red lock on it to make sure anything inside would not be stolen.  She was furious because the office was closed and she had all her things but could not get in.  After trying to contact the manager, I told her that they would be open tomorrow.  The manager could fix it then.  She asked what time and I responded with 12.  She began cussing at someone in the background then became upset because the office was going to be open while they were in church.  </p><br />
<p>I could not believe the mouth this woman had on her.  On top of that, she apparantly goes to church.</p>]]></description>

<p>I once had a guy call in to look for storage.  The caller sounded normal enough at first, but when asked what he planned to store, he responded with a strange request.  He wanted to store his children.  At first, I thought the man was joking, but he was serious.  He claimed he could not afford a baby sitter, and the kids were too young to be in school.  He said he wanted to put them in there with food and water, then lock them in there until he got off work.  Needless to say, I was not able to help him with a space.</p><br />

	<title><![CDATA[The Agony of a Dog]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Dogs require a lot of attention.  Not to mention a lot of <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">storage</a> space to house all of the things that come with them.  You have to store all the grooming supplies, toys, pet carriers, beds, and the occasional dog clothing.  We put our things in a 5x5 closet, which we have deemed the dogs lair.  Everything for our dog goes in that space.  As of now, the space is packed with things.  You cant even open the door without everything crashing to the floor.  I may need to move some things to a storage unit near our house.  I could get a <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">moving truck</a> to help me out, since we have no car.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I recenly aquired an antique chest.  It is very nice.  It is all wood, with a plank design.  The top of the chest resembles an old hardwood floor.  The chest is so old, it is actually held together by wooden pegs.  A chest like this is hard to find these days.  While I could use the chest for <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/airdrie-storage-kingsview-blvd-southeast/t4a0c9/" target="_blank">storage</a>, I dont plan to.  This is now my favorite piece of furniture by far.  The only thing I have to worry about is making sure I don't put anything heavy on top of it by accident.  The top is not very sturdy.  It deffinatly wouldnt hold up a person.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Help Wanted]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>There are a lot of people out there who collect dolls.  I thought dolls were a fad that went out of style years ago.  However, dolls are just as popular a collectors item as they ever have been.  I recently went to a storage auction, where they were auctioning off a <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/edmonton-storage-18th-street/t6p1k4/" target="_blank">climate controlled storage unit</a> .  The unit was stacked to the top with dolls from over the past 45 years, and there were all different types.  The biggest selection was of cabbage patch dolls.  Most of these dolls were still in the packages.  The space went for about 200 USD, which is WAY less than the payout will be on these collectors items.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Want to store firewood]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Recently, I went to visit some friends who live about an 1 hour north of Calgary.&nbsp; They live in a log home that was built in the late 1980s.&nbsp; They do not have&nbsp;central heat in thier home.&nbsp; Instead, they use a wood stove.&nbsp; They have lived in the home for over 10 years, and they enjoy using this method to heat their home.&nbsp; I asked them where they put all of their wood.&nbsp; They showed me where it was stored.&nbsp; They had purchased&nbsp;a <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/ontario/toronto-storage-todd-baylis-boulevard/m6m4l3/" target="_blank">storage unit</a> ,&nbsp;which they leave on thier property during the cold season.&nbsp; I told them that was a great idea.&nbsp; Not only does it store the wood, but it also helps to keep it dry.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>My aunt has a lot of antiques in her home.  She lives in a small house, so there are few places to put most of her antique furniture.  I told her she should put some of her extra heirlooms in a climate controlled storage space.  <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/calgary-storage-barlow-trail-se/t2b3t6/" target="_blank">Climate control</a> units have about the same temperature year round.  They are about room temperature, meaning they protect things from the elements.  I told her that not only would she have more room, but she would also be able to make sure her things are safe.  She has yet to look into it, though.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[ties]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>My grandfather has a TON of ties.  He has been collecting them for over 30 years.  He has a lot of cheesy ones too.  I asked him a while back where he would put his new additions, once his closet was full.  His reply was that he would probably need a 10 by 30 <a href="http://us.storage-mart.com/colorado/basalt-storage-park-avenue/81621/" target="_blank">storage unit</a> .  I suggested that he sell some of his lesser used ones.  While he pondered the idea, he finally decided he would keep every tie.  Someday he plans to donate the ties to a charitable cause.  But until that day, they will most likely stay in my grandfathers closet.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[What I would like to do]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a lot of <a href="http://us.storage-mart.com/colorado/basalt-storage-park-avenue/81621/" target="_blank">boxes</a> .  There are several different sized ones.  Most of them are standard size, alothough I have a few that are VERY large. Im storing my <a href="http://us.storage-mart.com/colorado/basalt-storage-park-avenue/81621/" target="_blank">boxes</a> in my attic right now, but I would like to move them somewhere.  The attic is so full, you can't even get past the entrace.  While I could get rid of most of the contents of my attic, I would like to keep the boxes because the items inside have sentimental value.  They are belongings from my Great Grandmothers home.  She passed away several years ago.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Where to store]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I come from a family with a large military background.  Far too often, I have waved off a family member as they head out to fight for freedom.  Although most of my family already had their own homes, they still used <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/calgary-storage-40-street-southeast/t2z4m8/" target="_blank">storage</a> to keep some of thier items protected.  My cousins also had to store some things, including his vehicle.  At one time, thier were several family members storing in the same <a href="http://canada.storage-mart.com/alberta/calgary-storage-40-street-southeast/t2z4m8/" target="_blank">local storage facility</a> .  I soon realized that at our local facility, there were over 60 percent military personell storing thier things.</p>]]></description>
