Nothing catches us off guard here at our location off of Crouse Rd.  We get all kinds of requests and comments from potential renters and we are very content with what we have to offer.  We find that we are able to accommodate any of the competitor pricing in town because we are competitively priced. Sometimes people decide to only rent for a month and we are able to get them the great rate they are looking for.

We had a gentleman call us today and they were very cordial and friendly to us throughout the whole presentation. That was until we got to the price. He told us that the price on the 10x20 he was looking for was higher than what he had heard. Naturally we told them what they were getting for the price, but that did not seem to have a big influence on what he was looking for. They were all about the price and nothing else. So we thought it would be good for us to ask the customer what price they were getting. They told us that we were a little off than what he had heard. We wanted to help, So we found out that the customer was only storing for two months. With that knowledge in conjuction to a special we were running, we did beat out the competition for the business of this customer. We are always pleased to be able to make smart business moves like that in order to rent spaces at our facility.

Kate was ready for a change. She had lived her entire life in the same town that she had grown up in. she has worked in the same job for the past ten years. Drove the same route to work everyday in the car she has had for the past twelve years. She has lived in the same apartment for the past eleven years. Kate felt like she was living the same day over and over. On her thirtieth birthday she made the decision to change her life.

She quit her job, packed up her apartment and loaded it to a trailer that her new car would be pulling. She moved to Scarborough where she had some friends. It was the most drastic thing that she had ever done.

She found a great apartment downtown that had so much character. It was a little on the small side but it was the complete opposite from what she had that it was exactly what she was looking for.
