Every year in Scarborough they have a huge car show that last all weekend. It drawls a lot of visitors and guests. It is also great for the businesses in Scarborough.

The hotels are usually all booked up. The restaurants make money over the weekend feeding the tourists. Even the Scarborough Car Storage companies get business. People do not want to leave their collectable cars in the weather. They need a safe place to keep their cars for the weekend or however long they are staying there. Sometimes if you miss the actual car show you just have to sit outside a Scarborough Car Storage location and watch them drive in. 

Everyone loves when it is time for the car show. The entire town gets ready to contribute to the event. The town council pays for banners. The PTA bakes cookies and sweets to provide for the people that are showing their cars. The restaurants offer special discounts if you have a classic car membership.

It was one of the best things for the town as well as a great family event. It was held in the park on the West side of town. The first day it started in early morning and lasted until the dark. The second day was also early morning and ended with a concert. People looked forward to it all year and make sure to mark it on their calendars. This year it was the first weekend in June and they had already begun to plan it in April to make sure that it went off great.
