We are very flexible when it comes to our presentation on selling our facility. We like the fact that people want to hear different things that we have to say to them in order to get them to rent. We are always trying to be better than the other Scarborough storage facilities in our presentation so the customer will rent with us. We feel that we do a great job building value and we do a good job building rapport with the customer. We would say that our customers do agree with that statement.

Right now in this economy we try to determine whether or not to just give the caller the price instead of trying to sell our facility. We know that the other Scarborough storage facilities do not always give the best presentations on their storage facility but we do not want to talk to much to where the caller is overwhelmed by what we are saying. We also do not want to seem like our facility costs so much due to our long list of amenities the customer does have when renting here. Sometimes we just want to give out the price to the caller so they know upfront how much it costs in order to rent. We like the idea that they know what they are getting for the price, but we also do not want to stall too long to where the customer does not want to rent from us.

After a stressful few years in a bad marriage Carol was beginning the process of rebuilding her life. Her ex-husband had moved out and she was left with a house full of bad memories. She was now determined to turn the house in to a relaxing spot just for her.

Everything that was her ex husband had left behind she boxed up. All of the bed room furniture that was in their room, and anything that reminded her of him was loaded up and moved into a Scarborough storage facilities unit. Carol was giving her ex two months to come and get his stuff from the Scarborough storage facilities unit and then everything was going to be taken to charity.

Carol and her sister Helen set out to repaint and renovate the house. They repainted every room, bought some amazing furniture and before you knew it the house was completely different.

Carol was excited to be making new and happy memories in the house. She was going to enjoy being happy again. She was even looking forward to going on a weekend get away with her sister now that she only had to answer to herself.

It turned out that her ex never did come and pick up his stuff and true to her word two months after renting the unit she took everything in it down to a charity. They were happy to have such a wonderful donation and she was happy to be rid of all the baggage.
