It seems like every one that we talk to, say that they are in need to storage right now. We believe that we can assist everyone immediately and more immediately than other Scarborough storage facilities. We have all the necessary amenities that will assist those people into a storage unit. We are glad to be able to tell a customer, yes we can help them. There is not thing like a person that is in need of something that they are told no. That does not make their situation better.

It hurts to want to tell someone that the space that they are looking for is not available. Or that the price of the space is not what they were looking for. The customer sometimes have called around to many different Scarborough storage facilities that are sometimes nearby or more convenient,  but they are not able to take care of all the needs that a customer could have. It does not matter to others some times that a customer goes unserved. They are sometimes not in a big hurry to assist. We pride ourselves on listening to the caller or the person who walks in because we want to ensure that their needs are met. We are happy to be known as the one that is able to help anyone out. Our customers know how we appreciate them making us a success in the area.

Jen decided to move into an apartment that was down town to be closer to work and all of the stores that were there. The ones that she could afford were a little on the small side but she was alright with it. Her best friend offered to let her store some stuff in her garage if she needed extra space.

Jen just had a few boxes to store in her friends garage and she was not really worried about anything happening to it. Her extras sat in storage in her friends garage for a few years. She had added a few more boxes over the years and finally decided that she was going to get her own Scarborough storage facilities unit and stop mooching off of her friend.

She did not have a lot of stuff just a few boxes so she rented a five by five Scarborough storage facilities unit and moved out her extra stuff from her friends garage. She was so thankful that her friend had let her use her garage but she was happy to have her own space.

She could not imagine moving out of her down town apartment but she was happy to be able to have her own storage space now. She knew that her friend could use the space herself so she was happy to give her her space back.
