When people first call us for their storage needs, we perk right up and we want the customer to know that we are ready to assist them. We like to know that we can make a good first impression on the customer. When the caller calls us for the self storage needs we like the fact that we can inform them about what we have to offer. Sometimes the caller already knows what they want and that is completely fine with us. It is good sometimes if we do not have to completely figure out what the caller needs. We will always ensure that the customer is right on with what they need and we show them the solution.

At first glance, people might think that we are only a facility that sells climate controlled units but we actually are able to take care of their Toronto car storage needs. We can store their regular belongings inside of a storage space and then we can park their car outside on the parking lot.

Using our facility for all the needs of the customer tells us that we are doing what we are doing a good job for them. It is not every day that a customer wants to use us for their Toronto car storage and for their household storage needs.  The caller could have decided to us again because we have treated them well from the beginning and told them what to expect. From the moment we invited them in for a visit, they made us their home storage facility.

Jakes car was in the shop for the third time this month. His car was falling apart on him and he was not sure how much longer it was going to live. He had this car since he was twenty, and it was not new when he bought it. There was just no way that he could imagine getting rid of it. He had named it Sadie when he had first bought it and they had some great adventures together.

So Jake set out to find a car that would not break down so much. It was going to be his everyday car and he would save Sadie for special occasions.  He went down to a dealer that he knew and found a used car that would be perfect for him. It got good gas mileage and had no damage. It also had a warranty so that if it broke down again it could possibly be covered.

He bought the car and put it in the garage at his house. He walked down to the repair shop where Sadie was being put back together to check on her. They said that she would be fixed tomorrow. The walk back to his house on such a beautiful night was very relaxing.

When Sadie was fixed he decided to find a great space to keep her in. there was a Toronto Car Storage unit that was not very far from his house. It was about a fifteen minute drive from his house. He went to look at the Toronto Car Storage unit and knew that it would be a great place to store Sadie. He rented the unit and when Sadie got out of the shop Jake parked her in the storage unit. It was a great solution.
