Here at StorageMart on 120 Wicksteed Ave we a top notch facility. Some times people feel we are too confident in our abilities to assist people and get them rented. We believe the proof is in how  many people choose us over any of the other competitors in the area to rent. The other facilities can be upset, but when it comes down to it, we are very happy with the way we do business and it is very hard to think otherwise.

There are few times in which a person will give us the chance to assist them with their storage needs and we can not assist them. To us we feel that there is a limited amount of people that we can not serve and we do our best to help them out with something else. For instance, we know that we can not be a place that people use for their Toronto car storage. We know that we have all interior units and a car can not fit in our doors. So we have to be creative not to loose this customer and for them to use our facility for their other needs.

We know that if we can be overly friendly to this customer and show them what else we have to offer, they might not rent now, but they will keep us in mind when they are looking for something besides Toronto car storage in the future. If they a place to put their household goods into or if they need some packing and moving supplies we are the facility for them.

Living in Toronto is so convenient for Lilly. She has a ten minute walk to work. The down town area was three blocks away and had any kind of restaurant and shopping that you could think of. There was also a bus system that Lilly took to get to the mall and to her friends apartment. There were really not many places that she could not get. She did have a car, but she hardly ever drove it. in fact she had gotten six parking tickets this year alone because on Saturdays you can not park on the streets between the hours of three and five for street cleaning. She always forgot to move her car or was not home at that time of day. She did not get a ticket every time, but it was enough to be annoying to her.

After paying her sixth ticket Lilly decided to find another space to park her car. She looked into her Toronto Car Storage options. She preferred something downtown so that if she did want to get her car she could just walk down and get it. She searched online for what she was looking for and was able to find a great Toronto Car Storage unit that had what she was looking for.

She rented an outdoor space there and parked her car. It was a relief not to have to worry about moving her car or getting parking tickets. If she did need her car it was a ten minute walk away.
