If you are an entrepreneur or small business owner, a mini warehouse may provide you with some relief as far as inventory is concerned.  These spaces can give you not only extra space, but the freedom to buy extra inventory when you are expecting things to get busy.  It is nice to be able to get in and out of it whenever you need to in some cases, other stores will have set hours but it will always be convenient.
