How Do Self Organizers Function?

Many members of my family are self organizers . They are always prepared for anything, everything has a place in the house, and their houses are always perfect. My parents are the worse. They clean every weekend whether the house really needs it or not. For that reason, I claim that I may have been adopted. To me that is the only thing I can think of for why I do not share their zero tolerance for dirt and disorder. Maybe I am just a rebel.

In the grand scheme of things, you could say that there have been relatively few people who have enjoyed the view of earth from outside of earth, firsthand. There are so many unexplored planets, galaxies, nebulas, and other space attractions. My friend Zach has a really nice sports car. Through his employment he is often away from home a lot. Unfortunately that is what led to his divorce. To keep his wife from taking the car in the divorce, he put his car in vehicle storage . Now I do not pretend to agree with what he did, but I can report that he was happy with his decision.

I Need New Furniture

If you have pets like me, then you probably have to go through furniture more often than a household without pets. Basically it is the same mindset as for those with children. Pets make so many messes and the horrible part is they do not know they did anything wrong. My dog Jupiter is a Great Dane and one of the worst things he does is drool. It is always worse right after he drinks water. Just imagine a horse with Niagra Falls coming out of his mouth and that is my dog. It gets on the furniture, it gets on me, and I have even managed to find a couple spots on the ceiling.

Anyway, needless to say the furniture needs to be replaced for bio hazardous materials. So what I do, since I like the furniture to match somewhat, is to buy a piece at a time and store them in a furniture storage until I have a full set. Unfortunately I cannot afford to get a whole set at one time so piece by piece works for me. Then I take out the old, bring in the new, and wait a year. Then rinse and repeat.

Why is it that moving makes so many people cringe? I can think of plenty of reasons:

Leaving behind established friendships
Finding a new place to live
Packing up all of your stuff to make sure nothing gets lost or breaks

Renting a moving truck
Finding a new job

And the list could keep going on and on. Residential moving companies can make the whole process so much easier. Call them up, set up an appointment, and they will take care of the packing and moving portion without you having to lift a single finger. Granted that you still have to take care of the rest of the issues on your own. Would you rather have to deal everything or just most of everything?

Imagine that your boss said that you wre eligible for a promotion. However, the promotion means that you have move to a different city in a different state. It is a lot to take in all at once. You have to worry about leaving friends and family behind. A new house will have to be found. Children will have to switch schools. And of course there is the moving. But long distance moving does not have to be a hassle. Hire movers and cut one worry out of your already stressful life.

The term outdoor storage does not necessarily conjure up a great image in my mind. I just picture a field with stuff on it. But this type of storage could go in a couple of different directions, at least from my experience. Some facilities refer to units that you can drive up to as outdoor. Other facilities would consider this type of unit as maybe outside parking. Just make sure you clearly explain to a storage representative what your needs are so they can recommend the correct type of unit.

There is no place for my car

Because I only have one car, the thought of where to keep my car when I'm not using it has never crossed my mind. Other people, however, may have multiple cars or maybe a classic car that may not fit in their garage or driveway. Because many neighborhoods frown upon a junky look, these people need to find a solution for their vehicle overpopulation. A good idea would be to use car storage to keep the vehicles out of sight, but not out of mind.
