Keep active, what does that mean to keep active. Keeping active just implies that you are active doing some aerobic movement like walking instead of drivin down the street or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Rather you know it or not you can remain active during any time of the day. Example, at the office sitting behind your desk, you can hold something between your ankles with some sort of weight and lift up and down for about 15 reps and see if you feel any thing. Your body would rather be moving instead of remaining in a constant of rest. So remember try an stay active
When i was in elementary school there were two storage rooms , one all the way down the hall where it gets dark after 4pm and the other was close by the gym. So me being the adventurous girl that i was at the time. I told my friends that one i would go into the storage rooms and of course they laughed if off. I laughed with them but deep inside i really was determined to see what was behind that door that warned us to stay out. So one week when i had to stay after school for some sort of activity that i was involved in i knew i could make my move that night. So i waited until the teachers were busy with the students and all i had to do was ask them to go to the restroom. So of course the teacher brushed me off and said yes but hurry back you are suppose to have a hall walker with you. So i hurried up and ran out of the door. So i sneaked out into the hall and slid close to the hall towards the storage room. So i took one big breath and opened the door and what did i see in the deep dark room i saw our janitor siting on a crate and eating pizza with his plumber out. I said eww and ran off so the moral of the story is always watch and make sure the janitor is gone before you try and explore the storage room in your school.
When you move any part of your body it has a muscle memory, like a storage company that stores all the movements that your body needs to remember. This is an inate and learn mechanism that the brain has developed over time. Have you noticed if anyone says anything about their breathing, as a reaction you automatically focus on your breathing as well which deals with the storage house of your brain. So the next time someone sneezes and for some reason you feel like you have to sneeze its your body and brain telling you to react and do the same thing that your eyes and ears have just registered to do. Next time try and control the sensation to react to the outside forces and if you do that often enough it will make your storge house alot stronger than most people.
I go to Walmart almost every weekend and i always pick up things that i do not need but i always convince myself that i need it and if i dont have it i could miss out on a good sale. Yes i know shame but i have been doing better lately. My family told me about a storage company that would allow me to place all of my things in a unit to keep it in good condition until im ready to use them. My main concern was will my things get damaged. I was told about climate controlled storage that would protect my items. So when i heard that i was satified and the next day i went to reserve the unit.
I have been looking all over the place for self storage . I need to find local self storage for all of my things in my home that i need to get out of my garage. I will need a crew and everything else to help me move all of my things that i have kept over the years. I suppose that I would like to rent a climate controlled environment as well, because I would hate to have anything happen to my belongings while they were in my unit.
