When i go into a store i expect to have good customer service, and im sure every customer expects that they shop at your store. Now this how you can tell that this store has a great property manager , if the store is very well kept, the employees are friendly and they try an help you as much as possible that is what shows me that a store is worth mt money. If i walk into a store to spend my money i look for the reps to greet the customer if not i will usually turn around and walk out.
